The permanent exhibition DOMINI CANIS is located in the side nave of the Santo Domingo church, and it shows some works belonging to the movable heritage of the Asunción Parish, specially linked to the Dominican Order. The museological journey revolves around four sections: Devociones populares of Osuna; Laudare, dendecire, praedicatore; Rosarium; Ordo praedicatorum.

This exhibition addresses the origin of the Order in Osuna and its spiritual work, emphasising the promotion of some names of the order as the Dulce Nombre de Jesús or the Virgen del Rosario. Regarding the brotherhoods, in the first section, there is a part consecrated to the Patron Saint San Arcadio and to its brotherhood. It is also very interesting the section called Rosarium, as it revolves around one of the most personal worship of the Order, the rosary, and the brotherhood of Nuestra Señora del Rosario. In this section, several pictorial representations and essentials of the brotherhood are shown.
