The image of Saint Arcadio, the patron of Osuna is worshiped in this hermitage and it goes on procession through the streets of the town on January 12th every year.

The church was built in the 17th century and it was restored in the 18th century. The inside has a single nave covered by a barrel vault and with the dome over the pendentives.

The lateral walls have adjoining pilasters supporting an entablature decorated with sumptuous plaster works. Over the pendentives of the dome appear some representations of the coat of arms of Osuna with vegetables motifs.

At the presbytery the main altarpiece, belonging to 18th century, was erected. The central niche is occupied by Saint Arcadio, the patron of the town.

At the angles forming by the arms of the crossing there are two altarpieces from the 18th century whose niches host sculptured representations of the Holy Family and Tobías with the Angel.

Currently this building hosts one Secondary School.
